Project Description

The 129 Rivonia Road development in Sandton, consists of office and retail spaces. Tower 2 consists of 2 office blocks called “The Jewel” and “The Jewel Box”. The Jewel Box consists of 10 Levels and the Jewel consists of 12 levels. Both the Jewel and Jewel box will be predominantly office space with a double volume auditorium situated within the Jewel Box on level 1 and 2.

The Air conditioning system for the Jewel Box Building is a variable air volume diffuser system, while the Jewel building is a chilled water fan coil unit system. Air-cooled chillers for both blocks are located on the roof chilled water is reticulated via a primary-secondary pumping arrangement to air handling units, fresh air units and fan coil units located on the floors.
